Issues surrounding non-compliant cladding have made headlines across the globe over the passed few years.
It’s great to finally see the provision of interest free loans and a program to coordinate remedial works and support Owners Corporations affected by dodgy cladding on their strata buildings.
The Office of the Building Commissioner and the NSW government are on track to appoint the Managing Contractor for this extensive re-cladding project by the end of May 2021 with all works under the program to be complete by end of June 2024.
