Empower regularly audits live jobs to gauge client supervisor satisfaction and we are striving for a weekly 5/5 statistic. Michelle Sampo is invaluable in the office as our Customer Service/ Contracts Administration Manager. Michelle is ably supported in the office by Cassie and Liam who process quotes and received POs to ensure that your expectations are seamlessly conveyed to our Area Supervisors and leading hands. Cassandra Mobbs started at Empower earlier this year. Cassie has previously held management roles in sales and in the design studio at Kurmond Homes and Wisdom Homes and is enjoying her new flexible working hours around her busy family life.
