With decades of experience in the building products and construction industry, Brendan brings unmatched technical knowledge and a sharp understanding of what builders need to keep projects moving. He’s worked closely with some of the state’s most respected residential and commercial builders, and he knows how to navigate everything from tight timelines to complex façade scopes.

Brendan leads our sales team with a collaborative, solutions-first mindset. Whether it’s a large-scale multi-res project or a boutique build, Brendan’s approach is all about finding the most efficient, cost-effective façade solution, without compromising on quality or design intent.

Luke Rogers – Client Manager

Luke is the kind of person you want in your corner. He brings energy, genuine care, and deep insight to every project and builder he works with. Having joined Empower with a strong background in client service and project coordination, Luke’s quickly become a trusted partner to many of our builder clients across NSW.

His focus? Building strong relationships, keeping clients informed and supported throughout the process, and relaying key information back to our operations team to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and to the highest standard.
